Chris Dillon
Chris graduated UQ’s Physiotherapy program in 2002 and has worked in Private Practice in Brisbane since 2004 after some time overseas.
Chris attained his post graduate sports degree in 2006. Since then, he has worked with several teams across a range of sports including community level swimming and AFL as well as elite development pathways in Rugby Union, Cricket, BMX and Football.
Chris spent several years as head Physio for Easts Rugby Union and worked concurrently in roles with Australian Rugby Union and the Reds Academy and u21 programs. In this environment, Chris was exposed to a significant number of traumatic upper and lower limb injuries and enjoys the challenges of knee and shoulder reconstruction rehabilitation.
Chris has now over 15 years of experience dealing with junior and aspiring professional athletes which has ultimately nurtured a particular interest in adolescent athletic development and a strong desire to prevent injury through physical screening and injury prevention programming.
Chris is currently the Physiotherapist for Churchies’ first XI Football Program.
When trying to unwind, Chris enjoys photography, martial arts and spending time with family and friends.
